Sites- $3,000+ Metered electric 

Lake View*- $3,250 + Metered electric

5.5% Sales tax not included

Deposit for the 2025 season is non refundable 

$1,000 and goes towards your total

All Sites pay their own metered electric

Pumping- $480 (seasonal) 

Boat Slip- $600 (seasonal)

Q: Pricing? 

A: Please see above

Q: How big are your sites? 

A: Our site sizes vary a little but most are about 25' wide x 40' long. Some sites have length restrictions

​

Q: How does metered electric work?

A: All sites include 20, 30 & 50 amp service. You pay for what you use and this is typically billed quarterly.

​

Q: Pumping?

A: We highly recommend signing up for the pumping services. We have no dumping site on location. Each site can have up to a 300 gallon tank. You are pumped every other week from May-Sept. Tanks are available for purchase through West Point if needed. Please note we do not supply tanks. They can however be purchased.

Q: Can we have a deck, storage or other structures on our site?

A: Short answer is yes. All structures must be 10' away from neighboring sites campers and structures. Please ask if you have any questions

Q: Do all sites have a lake view?

A: Some of our sites have a lake view and those sites are priced accordingly. All other sites are within 200 yards of the Lake 

​

Q: Amenities 

A: Amenities include full access to; beach,  private boat launch, play set, picnic pavilions & shower house.

Q: Is winter storage included in the price? 

A: It is not, but in order to keep your spot for the following season you will have to pay a deposit. This deposit for the following season includes your winter camper storage. Boat wraps and boat storage will be extra.

Q: If I paid my deposit, can I use my camper in the winter? 

A: Yes, although the water is turned off from at the end of September - May*

*Depends on the winter thaw.

Q: Are Pets allowed?

A: Pets are welcome- but must be leashed at all times on the grounds and picked up after. If pets become an issue we reserve the right to ban them from being on site.

Q: How can I get a lake view site?

A: We have an existing seasonal camper wait list for these sites. As soon as you become a camper with us you can be added to the list. When one of these sites becomes available we will go down the list.
